We understand your travel plans may change. Reservation for all hourly vehicles require an upfront booking payment (20%) that becomes non-refundable 48 Hours prior to contract start date. If customer cancels within 24hrs of contract start time, a cancellation fee of 100 percent of the estimated trip total will be charged.
CANCELLATION OF AIRPORT SERVICE :
Airport Transportation’s
Regardless of whether you made your reservation online via email or calling: (619) 601-5564, just give us 24 hours notice prior to your Airport pickup time and we will give you a full refund. Refunds normally show up on your CC account within 3-5 business days. A credit card is required to make a reservation. Any airport reservation canceled within an eighth (8) hour period of the scheduled pick-up time will be subject to a full charge for the quoted price including Base Rate, Driver Gratuity, and any accumulated expenses.
Round Trips must be cancelled as two separate reservations. Changes and cancellations can be made by calling (619) 601-5564
Full fare, including a 20% service charge, will be billed if a cancellation occurs less than 8 hours before the scheduled pick-up time or flight arrival. Full fare, including a 20% service charge, will be billed if the passenger fails to be at the designated driver meeting area.
THE FULL FARE will be charged for cancellations in the two following cases: I. Cancellations after the driver have already been dispatched II. If the passenger fails to be at the designated pickup location (no-show). If for any reason you cannot locate your chauffeur, call Jlux Transportation at 619 601 5564 to avoid being billed as a no-show, do not leave your location without contacting Jlux Transportation. You must contact us by phone.
$65 Administrative charge for service at all other airports will apply if cancellation is requested before the driver has been dispatched .
To avoid being billed as a no-show, do not leave your location without communicating with Jlux Transportation. Jlux Transportation is not responsible for service delayed or not rendered due to weather or other circumstances beyond its control. Jlux Transportation does not guarantee vehicle availability or price for reservation changes. Waiting charges begin after the scheduled pick-up time on arrivals. After 15 minutes, waiting time is retroactive to the scheduled departure. Waiting Time charges are assessed hourly.
Additional Fees:
There is a $20.00 surcharge for service scheduled between 11 PM and 6 AM.
All out-of-pocket charges, including two-way tolls, parking, and requested purchases will be billed to the customer (included in price unless specified at booking)
There is a $40.00 surcharge for service scheduled on Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day.
There is a $60.00 surcharge for service scheduled on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Day, New Year’s Eve and Day.
There is a pet fee apply to all pet passengers, $25 for up to 15lb; $40 for up to 35lb; $55 for 35lb+.
Rules of Conduct:
1. No smoking is allowed in the vehicle.
2. Any unusual spill soiling or damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will result in a minimum $250 clean-up fee being charged directly to the credit card on file for the trip.
3. No alcohol permitted on the vehicle if any minor (under 21 years of age) is present.
4. Jlux Transportation representative/chauffeur reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger for any type of gross misconduct or inebriation.
NO SHOW POLICY Airport: If you fail to show up at the scheduled pickup time and/or location for the arriving flight information you provided to us and there has not been any contact with Jlux Transportation after 45 minutes for domestic flights or 60 minutes for international flights you will be considered a “No Show” and billed the full fee including the base rate, driver gratuity, and any accumulated expenses. If you can’t locate your vehicle, DO NOT LEAVE! Call 619 601 5564 and we will locate your driver and assist you in locating your reserved car.
Non-airport: If you fail to show up at the scheduled pickup time and/or location (10 min wait time), you will be billed a full charge for the quoted price including base rate, driver gratuity, and any accumulated expenses. If you can’t locate your vehicle, DO NOT LEAVE! Call 619 601 5564 and we will locate your driver and assist you in locating your reserved car.

Privacy Policy
All information you give us is confidential. We share information only when it is necessary to contract with another company to provide service. We do not sell lists or allow other companies to solicit you. WE WILL NEVER GIVE OUT CUSTOMER INFORMATION WITHOUT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPRESS CONSENT.
Terms and Conditions
The individual responsible for payment (“Customer”) understands and agrees that all charges are assessed by Jlux Transportation. All unpaid deposits and balances are authorized by Customer, with either verbal or signed acceptance of services. Payment is due at the time passenger is dropped off. If for any reason full payment is not made at this time, a late charge of two percent per week will be assessed. If this agreement is referred to an attorney and/or collection agency, Customer agrees to pay all attorney and/or collection fees. If any breakdown occurs, Customer will be refunded the portion of the travel charges that relate solely to the time the vehicle is inoperable. Jlux Transportation reserves the right to substitute one vehicle for another vehicle providing it is the same or larger size vehicle. All Vehicles are strictly nonsmoking. Jlux Transportation will not be responsible for delays due to traffic conditions, accidents, or any other unforeseeable act of God; any resulting lost time will be made up at the end of the scheduled charter. Any downsizing of a previously reserved duration of service or vehicle size will not relieve Customer from the responsibility of paying the full amount of the originally scheduled charter. In compliance with CPUC Regulation Section 5348.1 & 5348.3, consumption of alcoholic beverages by passengers under 21 years of age is prohibited. The individual responsible for payment (“Customer”) and all passengers in Customer’s party are expected to conduct themselves in a manner not injurious to themselves, to third parties, or to the hired limousine. There is no smoking in any Jlux Transportation vehicle. Any passenger found smoking in the vehicle will be asked to extinguish the cigar/cigarette, and Customer will be subject to a $100 charge for each incident. In the event of any physical damage to the vehicle caused by Customer or any passenger, there will be a minimum additional charge of $300.00 for the repair and/or cleaning of the vehicle This includes anyone getting sick in the limousine. The decision as to the unusual use or wear of the vehicle rests with Jlux Transportation solely, and its experience as to the general use of hired limousines. The customer is fully responsible for the repair and/or replacement of any part of the vehicle harmed by any passenger. Jlux Transportation reserves the right to refuse service as it deems appropriate.
